Advanced / Remedial / Refresher Lessons

Camberley Driving School is not purely a teaching establishment for those who are learning to drive. As drivers on today's roads, all of us learn something new virtually every time we make a journey - or we do, if we look for that knowledge! As a consequence, CDS can provide help for a range of driving requirements as detailed below.

Advanced

Depending upon the circumstances of the advanced driving tuition request, which may be based upon an employment requirement, a social activity, or a desire to gain a further driving qualification, we can provide advice or guidance for skills such as Road Craft driving methods, driving in difficult conditions (e.g. poor visibility and/or road surfaces) and a range of other driving disciplines (e.g skid techniques etc.)

Remedial

It is unfortunately fairly common nowadays to encounter people who have lost their driving licences for some reason. We are not in the business of condemning or condoning the specifics of that disqualification, but will gladly construct a remedial program of training and safety aspect re-education to ensure that anyone in this situation can confidently apply for a re-test at the appropriate time, as designated by the licencing authority.

Refresher

This requirement applies in particular to people of advancing years or those of nervous disposition, but can be equally as important to any number of people who may not have driven for a period of time. We will assess the student's particular training needs, and produce a program of refresher training to bring them back on track in the areas of their driving which currently cause concern or anxiety.
